According to Look to the Stars, 30 Seconds to Mars have been very supportive of the people of Haiti and have raised $100,100.

According to 30STM's Myspace, the UK Version of "The Kill" is now available throughout the UK on CD and on a limited, special edition 7" vinyl. The CD comes with a free 'A Beautiful Lie' poster and the 7" includes two free stickers.

Additionally, the vinyl version is a red collectible and is now available to be ordered online from HMV!

The single is also available on CD at all good record shops, and includes "Was It A Dream? [iTunes Live Session]" as the second track. Naturally it's also available for download at the iTunes-UK store.

As posted on Myspace, "The UK release of "The Kill" hits stores this week.  The limited numbered  picture disc  features an acoustic version of "Attack" recorded live at CBGB's in New York last year. The CD features a live version of The Kill recorded for VH-1."

"After five wonderful years on the road with Thirty Seconds to Mars Matt Wachter has decided it is time spend more time with his family at home.

We love and support him completely and accept his decision with respect and understanding. This is not an end, it is a new beginning.

There are times we all wish for things to stay the same but change is inevitable and we believe it must be embraced as a gift, not as anything else. There are only positive feelings between us all and we will always remember the wonderful contributions he has made to this project.

According to FMQB, "30 Seconds To Mars, The Used, Senses Fail, Aiden, Saosin and Chiodos have been chosen as the lineup for the third annual Taste Of Chaos tour. MTV.com says that the annual winter trek is scheduled to kick off on February 15 in Seattle, as per tour founder Kevin Lyman."   Thanks to Lindsay for making sure we were aware of this.

In other FMQB news, "AOL Music has expanded its AOL Music Sessions series to include the new Sessions Under Cover series, focusing on Punk and Emo acts performing acoustic, with one cover song thrown in (hence the title). According to the 30STM newsletter, the guys have won the "Sound Off With Cingular" battle and will be performing for free as part of the 3rd annual Fashion Rocks Concert at Radio City Music Hall marquee in NYC.   If you're not able to attend the show, make sure to tune in to watch the CBS broadcast of Fashion Rocks on September 8th at 9pm EST or watch the concert online at the
AT & T Blue Room  beginning September 9th. Cingular 3G customers will be also able to watch exclusive video excerpts of the show from their mobile phone shortly after.  .Please note:  30STM will not be on the "televised" portion of the show!

A year after it's launch, "A Beautiful Lie" celebrates it's Gold Anniversary!  The CD has been certified gold by the RIAA for sales of over 500,000 copies.  Check out more info in the Top 40 Charts article.

A concert update in the Gazette reveals that 30STM will be playing at Le National in Montreal on October 11.  Tickets go on sale tomorrow through Admissions. 

After checking out Ticketmaster, it has been discovered that 30STM will also be playing a gig on October 2 in Vancouver, BC and tickets go on sale tomorrow as well.

The following taken from MTV Headlines:  "Emo rockers Emanuel were involved in a car accident in San Antonio, Texas, over the weekend. No one in the band was seriously injured, but the group's van, trailer and equipment weren't as fortunate. With their mode of transportation and instruments mangled, Emanuel have been forced to drop off their current tour with 30 Seconds to Mars and Aiden. Yesterday in the car, we were flipping through our  pre-programmed radio stations and 103.3 The Edge in Buffalo, NY was playing "The Kill."  Is this confirmed as the second single? It appears that 30STM will be playing at the 2005 Voodoo Music Experience in Memphis, TN,  to help raise money for the New Orleans Restoration Fund.  The event runs from October 29-30 and since the guys already have a show on the 29th, we are assuming they will be playing on the 30th.  Keep an eye on the tour section for further details as they become available.

We want to thank all of you who have sent in kind words and have given so much support with the site already.  We appreciate it and this just shows how much of a family 30 Seconds to Mars fans really are.  We are very proud to be part of it! Thanks!!!

We will be adding a lot of content to the page in the next little while and it may take some time to get through all of your emails.  Hopefully you will understand if we don't get your photos, and other stuff posted right away.  As fans of ourladypeace.cc already know, it may take some time but we acknowledge and reply to every single email that is sent our way.  Thanks in advance for your patience.

Hello, we are Rich and Shelley, welcome to our just launched  30secondstomars.ca (or 30stm.ca).  We have created this site to try and help promote this great band to the world, especially in our country of Canada where we do not feel they receive the exposure they deserve.  We hope to gain as many faithful supporters to this site as we have with our other site, ourladypeace.cc.  In order to do this, we need your help.  Please email us any news or content that you feel would contribute to this site.  Also, be sure to visit our guestbook and let us know what you think of the webpage.  We hope you enjoy your stay and will visit often.

Today, the guys start their tour with Audioslave and Seether. Hopefully everyone will be able to catch them at one if not more of their shows.  Don't forget to send us setlists, your photos and reviews.
